Miku Taxi Sapporo is dedicated to practicing the following “7 Habits” to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure a safe environment for everyone.

1. Masks & Hand Hygiene: Drivers will wear masks and perform frequent handwashing and sanitization.

2. Driver Health Management: Comprehensive health monitoring and management for all drivers.

3. Vehicle Ventilation: Regular and thorough ventilation of the vehicle interior.

4. Routine Sanitization & Cleaning: Frequent sanitization, washing, and cleaning of seats, seatbelts, handrails, and other touchpoints after passengers disembark.

5. Minimal Conversation: Conversations between drivers and passengers will be kept to the necessary minimum.

6. Passenger Cooperation: We kindly request our passengers’ cooperation with cough etiquette, hand hygiene, and using the vehicle sanitizer.

7. Active Information Sharing: We will proactively inform our customers of our safety initiatives through our website and other platforms.
