Charter Taxi Price List

The rates listed above are per vehicle (Toyota Alphard / Vellfire). Expressway tolls, airport parking fees, and optional service fees are not included in the base fare.
・Airport Parking Fee: 500 JPY (tax incl.)
・Pickup Fee: 300 JPY (tax incl.)
・Winter Surcharge: Applies from December 17 to March 26 (Standard rates apply from March 27 to December 16).
・Late-Night Surcharge: Applies to flights scheduled to arrive at or after 19:30 (7:30 PM).
・Intermediate Stops: Brief restroom breaks (approx. 15 mins) are free. Stops for meals or supermarket shopping incur an additional fee of 4,500 JPY per 30 minutes (tax incl.).
・Winter Weather & Detours: If standard routes or mountain passes are closed due to severe winter weather, vehicles detour via expressways for safety. Only actual expressway toll fees will be charged separately.

[Booking Deposit]
To officially secure your vehicle, an advance deposit of approximately 20% is required upon booking confirmation. We will send you a secure online payment link via email (Square - Credit Card only).

[Remaining Balance]
Please pay the remaining balance directly to your driver in the vehicle at the end of the service. We accept:
・Cash (Japanese Yen)
・Major Credit Cards (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners / Discover)
・Various Taxi Tickets
*No extra transaction fees or credit card surcharges apply.

Last-minute time changes or additional stop requests may not be accepted depending on our schedule before and after your reservation.

[Cancellation Fees]
・7 to 3 days prior: 30% of the fare
・2 days to 1 day prior: 50% of the fare
・Same day / No-show: 100% of the fare

We monitor flight arrivals in real time using your flight number.
・Delays up to 2 hours: Waiting time is completely free of charge.
・Delays exceeding 2 hours: An additional waiting fee of 8,000 JPY per hour (tax incl.) will apply.
・Late-Night Surcharge: Applies to flights scheduled to arrive at or after 19:30 (7:30 PM).

For an Alphard / Vellfire, the recommended capacity is 1 to 4 passengers (maximum 6) with up to 4 large suitcases.
*If you have large or bulky items such as ski/snowboard bags, golf bags, or strollers, please be sure to notify us at the time of booking so we can arrange suitable vehicle space.

[Standard Meeting: 1F Reserved Taxi Stands (Free)]
After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the dedicated taxi lane on the 1st floor (outside).

・International Stand No. 80

Time-based charters are ideal for sightseeing tours, corporate visits, and itineraries with multiple stops.
・Minimum Booking: Advance reservations are accepted from 2 hours.
・Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated from vehicle departure from our garage until return after service completion.
・Long Distances: For long-distance travel in short periods, standard metered rates apply.
・Expressway tolls, parking fees, and driver accommodation fees (if multi-day) are billed separately at actual cost.
